Concealed Carry Pistol Advanced

Abstract
For graduates of Concealed Carry Pistol (or comparable program), this advanced level course incorporates advanced live fire shooting drills. This will aid the student in evaluating their defensive pistol skills and tactics under stress and with verbalization. NOTE: We recommend that only those students able to competently display all skills taught in the Concealed Carry Pistol - Intermediate course register for this intensive 2-day class

  • Lowlight Shooting Drills with and without flashlights
  • Shooting from and around vehicles
  • Identification and Engagement of Moving Opponents
Prerequisites
Minimum skill level required: Concealed Carry Pistol intermediate course graduate or graduate of a nationally recognized defensive handgun course of 24 hours or more in length. No exceptions! Must be approved by instructor prior to enrollment. Copy of certifications for the above must be submitted prior to enrollment.

Ammunition 500 rounds factory new ammunition is required. P Recommended Equipment List:

  • Quality Semi-Auto Pistol in one of the following calibers:
  • .380, 9mm NATO, .357 SIG, .40 S&W, or .45 ACP
  • 3 magazines minimum
  • Belt mounted, dominant side concealment
  • Magazine Pouches
  • Sturdy Belt at least 1.5" wide
  • Footwear suitable for rapid movement and turning.
  • Clothing suitable for training . Pants must have belt loops. It is highly recommended you bring a variety of your personal concealment clothing items to this course.
  • Hat with a brim
  • Wraparound eyewear, polycarbonate lenses or non-shattering prescription glasses
  • Earmuffs and earplugs
